I loved working with my salesman Rick! He was very helpful and informative about my car. I did not however like my experience with anyone else. The finance department was atrocious and conveniently 'forgot' or 'didn't receive' the right price for my financing. Tried 'forgetting' about the extra $1000 discount on my vehicle. But I cannot stress enough how amazing Rick was! More

BROKE MY TRUST I am a repeat customer and this happened to me. I leased my Hyundai ionic 5 from this dealership. After negotiating everything including monthly amount, I went to dealership to happened to me. I leased my Hyundai ionic 5 from this dealership. After negotiating everything including monthly amount, I went to dealership to pick up my car after seven days. Everything was ready to go, but when I walked into the office, there was an amount of $400 Which was shown as a vehicle return fee. This amount was never disclosed to me during all this time and all the negotiations that happened. To be honest. I am not happy because they had not been transparent with this fee and they did not disclose this fee from the day one to me. When you are out there, excited to get your new vehicle and when you find this kind of surprise, it is very upsetting. After all, it was never a good deal because they knew that they will slide in this amount on the day of pick up. Also, I have been asking the sales person that if he needs any documentation, he should let me know so that we can be totally prepared. So that we don’t have to waste much time on the day of pick up, but, I was told to provide the insurance coverage limit for this new vehicle while signing my lease. I had to call and reach out the insurance agent and have them provide me with the paperwork. This could have been completely eliminated. More

I bought a new car here in 2017. They offered a lifetime warranty if I got all of my oil changes done here, but I could never get an appointment so I gave up. Now, I know why I could never get an appointme warranty if I got all of my oil changes done here, but I could never get an appointment so I gave up. Now, I know why I could never get an appointment. I paid my car off one year early in May 2021. On 16 July 2021, I was driving to see a client, and the car died. No lights. No warnings prior to this 15 mile trip. Just, noise, lost acceleration, dead. No interior lights, wouldn't start. NOTHING. I was stranded for two hours before my tow truck showed up. I learned that my 4 year old, still under warranty engine was blown. No explanation. I got my last three oil changes to prove that I take care of my car, and two days later I'm still waiting to find out if Hyundai is going to cover it. In the mean time, I'm out of work and in danger of losing my car. IF Hyundai choses to cover the repairs, Southern States Hyundai will NOT be providing a loaner vehicle. I will have to rent a vehicle out of my own pocket and they will LATER reimburse me $30.00/day for my rental. I can not find even the cheapest rental for that low of a price, even with my USAA discount. I can not afford $500/wk car rental while they (MIGHT) fix my car. I would STRONGLY NOT recommend a Hyundai, even if you plan to take good care of it. I don't blame the staff, they are doing their job. The woman who broke the news to me was lovely and polite and caring. I know that it isn't her that is making the decisions. But the dealership not providing a courtesy car while (if) the car is fixed due to faulty mechanics is terrible. I would not recommend this dealership for that reason. When I bought the car, it was a pleasant experience. But that is where the pleasantries ended. More

I have purchased 5 cars here. The sales department is great. Rick always listens and gives me what I need. I have always had a hassle free experience. He always treats me like family.
