took long time to be able to get ahold of write up desk kept getting voicemail because they are so busy but did receive call back which is rare. they got me in on a Friday! thought the wipers were covered kept getting voicemail because they are so busy but did receive call back which is rare. they got me in on a Friday! thought the wipers were covered under maint contract otherwise would have done myself and saved $100 but I should have confirmed not advisors fault.
