It's important to me that I don't feel pressured by the dealer, and that they respect the terms and conditions that I want regarding financing, competitive interest rates, etc. Rick Harper was a true professional from the moment I walked through the doors. From our discussions about price and financing, to the test drive, to going over features and specs, Rick was so informative and really understood what I wanted as a buyer. The best part about dealing with Rick was that I never felt pressured; he encouraged me to take my time and make the best decision for me, as opposed to trying to rush me into a purchase. He didn't shove financing options and terms in my face and push uncomfortably with trying to get me to buy on the spot, which I found to be extremely refreshing. In the end, that's what ultimately led me back to Videon to make my purchase, and they definitely have a customer for life. More
