Shout Out to Rick in Service for saving the day! We live in Western WA and were on a road trip last week to the Oregon coast when several warning lights suddenly came on as we were driving through We live in Western WA and were on a road trip last week to the Oregon coast when several warning lights suddenly came on as we were driving through Portland. We found the dealership on the web, and stopped with no appointment, just a hope someone could pull the trouble codes and tell us what was going on. Rick came out, did the test and arranged to have someone immediately take a look. Bottom line is we were back on the road in just over an hour. That kind of service is ever-more rare to find, and I sincerely appreciate the effort they made to get us back on the road! Many Thanks, and I would gladly use Wilsonville Subaru for service if they were closer to me! More

Having a problem with your car is stressful, but I was never stressed worrying if Wilsonville Subaru would help me. Rick, Quin, and Kira are the heart of the service department. They show their care not only in words but in actions. To be honest, the entire service team is terrific. When you have something good to say, you're supposed to share it. The good I've found in the sales department is Marcelo! He is professional, personable, and works hard. We've bought three vehicles with Marcelo and each time was a genuine pleasure. He is so much fun! You will not go wrong buying or servicing your Subaru at Wilsonville. These are the people you can rely on. I appreciate them very much!!! More

I’m a traveling salesman, and put a lot of miles on my Subaru. I need it to be reliable and safe at all times, and the crew at Wilsonville gives me that confidence every time. Purchase and Initial Service Experience - Best Ever! It was time for a new car and my sole choice was a Forester. I had the most incredible and truly fun time working with Flo to select the right car. It was time for a new car and my sole choice was a Forester. I had the most incredible and truly fun time working with Flo to select the right car. He seemed to know exactly what I needed. This buying experience was like none I've had in the past. It was joyful and we laughed a lot as we worked together. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Flo: knowledgeable, kind, courteous, patient, understanding, and all-round amazing. I got the perfect car because of him. I wanted some accessories added to the car and that brought me in contact with Chris and Seth. Again, two more incredibly knowledgeable gentlemen. Seth shared information about the accessories I wanted and followed through on my orders so efficiently and thoroughly, and with great care. Chris has been my go-to guy for all the service needed to make my Forester exactly as I want it. He has been truly amazing to work with and has gone above and beyond to ensure I am satisfied. I've had the most contact with Chris and it's been such a joy to work with him. He's such a friendly and caring person. I cannot say enough great things about Wilsonville Subaru. I am so glad I got my car here. This has been the most fabulous experience of car-buying I've ever had. Thanks to all the wonderful folks at Wilsonville Subaru for their desire to make owning a beautiful car so joyful! More

Like the car, like the brand, struggle with the dealership. The service manager, Rick Fernandez, is terrific. Holly Hill did a good job. But store-wide, over the course of an hour-long visit, we saw not one The service manager, Rick Fernandez, is terrific. Holly Hill did a good job. But store-wide, over the course of an hour-long visit, we saw not one single member of the staff wearing a face mask. During a pandemic, with the county still on the highest level of safety protocols. (Rick did have one around his neck, and made an obvious effort to stand back during our conversation.) Most of our time in the store was sitting across a desk, sharing ink pens - and definitely within six feet. It is extremely discourteous to force a customer to ask the employees to observe basic safety measures. And if it HAS gotten far enough that a customer must ask employees to employ social distancing and face masks, it is over the top to get an eye roll from the notary (Tanaya Canal). We expect better of the Subaru brand. This has to be a message being sent by management for it to be so pervasive. It does not convey the Subaru brand message of consideration for others: "The Subaru Love Promise is our vision to show love and respect to all people at every interaction with Subaru. Together with our retailers, we are dedicated to making the world a better place." Really, Wilsonville? You can do better. More
