I had two recalls on my Hyundai and scheduled an appointment on line and I was so happy with the service I got when I picked up my car. I am disabled and after I signed the paperwork they brought my appointment on line and I was so happy with the service I got when I picked up my car. This service call started on 7/28/23 with an appointment in Gilbert. A problem was identified with the paint on the door handles of my car. In September I started making phone calls (8) to check the statu in Gilbert. A problem was identified with the paint on the door handles of my car. In September I started making phone calls (8) to check the status of the requested warranty work. My car had been in your service department two previous times with the same issue. I was told the parts were in and that our advisor would call us to schedule the work. The advisor never called back, and we continued to wait for the call. On the 8th phone call, I was told to make a new appointment. I showed up on November 30, 2023, expecting to have the new door handles installed. When I showed up for the appointment, the new door handles had not been painted and I was sent home with a loaner car. My car was picked up Friday December 1, 2023, which was 4 months from our first appointment. I talked to the Manager of the Service Department but, he was not really interested in what I had to say. He did say, "we have so many cars coming in each day." Overall, I feel your service department deserves a poor rating. More

Brought my car in for recall repair. Ricky was there to meet me at drop off and was great at giving me updates as to when the work would be completed. At that point Ricky met me and Ricky was there to meet me at drop off and was great at giving me updates as to when the work would be completed. At that point Ricky met me and escorted me to the office where I signed the necessary papers and Ricky drove my repaired, clean car curbside for me. He was a real pleasure to work with. Couldn't be happier with the service. More

Took my car in for two recalls that I knew of but Ricky found out there were three. Car was done in the estimated amount of time. Worth the wait for appointment. Ricky was awesome, my vehicle was done as promised even washed! Ricky was there to greet me at drop off and pick up. I'm always quite pleased with the service; however, I had a couple of concerns this time. Although the service tech told me what they wanted to do to my vehicle, there was no explanation of associated cost a couple of concerns this time. Although the service tech told me what they wanted to do to my vehicle, there was no explanation of associated cost until the very end after the service was complete. Also, customers should be advised that the San Tan location is under renovation. Those of us waiting during service, had to do so in a trailer that was extremely cold. Had we been advised; we could have worn appropriate clothing. More
