Rick, or Big Rick as he's known around here, has mammoth sized charisma. He's been with Champion for over 25 years, and was an electrician before that. This explains his electric personality, and how he's able to make anyone light up with a smile very easily. A Mississippi native who spends his spare time fishing, watching football, and relaxing with friends. He adores the people he works with, always trying to make everything light-hearted and pleasant. Big Rick will go out of his way to take special care of you.

Love Big Rick !!! Learned a long time ago to do basic repairs to save money( thanks Dad for your advice!) Its a little tougher now working on the newer cars but I still try to and still kind of enjoy it. As it gets tougher to work on the new ones and I have less free time, I've learned to rely on two things.. Youtube and Mr. Rick. Mr. Rick always helps me find the exact part I need even when I describe it as " this round thing that goes around this square part". He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and is truly interested about helping me find, order and self install parts. He's kind of like my own personal Sherlock Holmes of autoparts solutions. If you dread trying to talk to service departments that treat you with the usual autopart snob distain...see Mr. Rick. He's got a GREAT sense of humor, will always treat you with respect and will always give you the right part and a chuckle or two to take home. More
