Dear Mr. and Mrs. Patchell, I have been upfront and honest with you since meeting with you both on Saturday. At about the same time as this review was done I was speaking with Mr. Patchell about doing the repair that was recommended when your vehicle first came into our service department. I'm sincerely sorry that Mrs. Patchell believed we were giving her the run around when I was upfront and agreed to help them with the service of their axle. I know this was their first service with us and I tried to make every effort to make them happy. I have spoken to Mr. Patchell several times and I believe we came to an agreement on getting their vehicle repaired. Neither Jim the salesperson nor Jim the manager ever mentioned the keys were lost but they did wear out over time. Your salesman is a liar. I found out the truth from the manager when he unknowingly told it to me. He had no knowledge of what the slalesman said to me so he told me the truth that the key was broke in the ignition (not lost). So now the salesman is a double liar. What is the cost of the kit. I am sure not much. I feel as though he hid it to the very end. You believe what you want I know what I know. I never would have bought that car if it was disclosed to me there were two keys. Then it turns into three, But hey whats the difference its not your car.

Jim the salesperson said to me the oner lost the keys - Jim the manager said that it was broke in thr ignition that is what really set me off that the salesman withheld the key information and then he lied about why there was two keys. I left Jim the manager out of my complaint because he had the decency to tellme the truth but I guess that has changed also. After rereading your response it seems you do not put the customer first your basically saying I am lying and I am not. This turned into a bigger issue because of being lied to if the salesman had said theo owner broke the key to begin with I would have reacted differently to everything. He knows he said it he is just in too deep to admit it now.
