This has been the worst car buying experience I've ever had to go through. I purchased a brand new vehicle in MAY 2023. It is now 2025, and the VEHICLE DOES NOT HAVE WORKING AIR CONDITIONING. I've brought had to go through. I purchased a brand new vehicle in MAY 2023. It is now 2025, and the VEHICLE DOES NOT HAVE WORKING AIR CONDITIONING. I've brought my car to service a total of TEN TIMES. Yes, you read that correctly. This dealership and its management could not be bothered to lift a finger for me, much less fix my car, or take responsibility for the lemon they sold me. Their own service advisors encouraged me to lemon law this vehicle. Dealerships like Huffines take advantage of people so often that we have laws to protect us from them. Thanks to their advice, I've now involved the state, which is giving me a hearing and will hopefully force this dealership to take this lemon back. I have yet to even receive a phone call. Truly disgusted by this company its representatives. More

I experienced serious brake problems. Was told the problem could not be duplicated so there was no issue. Was back in 3 days with same problem and "oh" there was a sticking caliper. The r Was told the problem could not be duplicated so there was no issue. Was back in 3 days with same problem and "oh" there was a sticking caliper. The remedy was to replace both calipers, replace brake lines and supposedly resurface rotors. In about 3 weeks I had to pull into a garage with a caliper that had a missing bolt that was causing brake failure. Had the bolt replaced at my cost and then returned to Huffines. They claimed it was a part supplier problem and that they would check that bolt from now on. The brake rotors did not appear to have been resurfaced. They agreed to resurface. I asked to see fluid reservoir. Fluid was low and cloudy. They said they don't do a fluid flush with brake service. I said that contamined fluid could cause caliper lock up. I asked for a brake flush and they did it. In compensation they offered to pay for the missing bolt replacement and would give me 3 oil changes. Several days later I have heard nothing. The service manager said that the resurfacing was worth $500 and that and the oil changes was generous compensation. He and the shop foreman both said it was the suppliers fault. I reluctantly said ok but now I realize he wanted me to go away. The service writer said that I would be getting a good adjustment but only crickets from him as well. I have been a Huffines service customer for over 20 years but I'm thinking 2 serious brake issues with questionable results may change that. By the way, over the past couple of years I had brake service at Huffines. More
