I worked with Madison at the Pre-owned and we had a wonderful experience. The entire transaction was professional and smooth. All the staff we dealt with were attentive and polite. The vehicle itself w wonderful experience. The entire transaction was professional and smooth. All the staff we dealt with were attentive and polite. The vehicle itself was super clean and in a great shape. One difference I experienced was that, Madison was extremely reasonable with her sales pitch and we did not experience the usual push that we see with the car dealerships. That one thing elevated the whole experience from good to delight for us. Thank you! More

I am 76 years old. When I discovered that I had purchased an aftermarket lifetime warrantee for an extra 2,000 dollars I tried to have the warrantee cancelled.. but was When I discovered that I had purchased an aftermarket lifetime warrantee for an extra 2,000 dollars I tried to have the warrantee cancelled.. but was given only a run around from salesman to accountant to salesman again. It was described to me that it was not an extended warrantee. I was told it could not be cancelled. I think the salesman did mention the possibility of such a warrantee, but I definitely do not remember, “This lifetime costs only 2K.. do you want it?” I feel that the dealership stole this money from me. The car may be fine, but the people did not treat me fairly or well. More
