OUTSTANDING AGAIN - COVID Sensitivity and Solid Logistics! The MINI team did it very well again. From scheduling to the work that got done, all was handled professionally and effectively. Even with COVID and a The MINI team did it very well again. From scheduling to the work that got done, all was handled professionally and effectively. Even with COVID and a loaner, my check in was less than 10 minutes, and with online pay, my check out was less than 5 including a quick visit to the showroom. Otto's is a 45 minute trip for me, but you are my MINI dealer. More

Best. Service. Ever. Preston and his team took care of me like was the only customer they had. From check-in to my Lyft back the office, everything was top flight, includ Preston and his team took care of me like was the only customer they had. From check-in to my Lyft back the office, everything was top flight, including a real-time explanation of the services performed on a video while my car on the lift. They even fixed my gas cap - complimentary. And all of this in the middle of a pandemic! More

Kept me informed and done quickly The title says it all. Emails and text messages kept me updated on my car, and I got a text by about 11:30 am that my car was done already. Got there around lunchtime to avoid the after work rush, and after a quick courtesy wash I was on my way. Can’t ask for any more than that! More
