To say I’m disappointed with Lexus is an understatement. Four months ago, my family and I purchased a brand new 2022 RX 350 from Lexus of Brooklyn, through a third party. We purchased a brand-new car fo Four months ago, my family and I purchased a brand new 2022 RX 350 from Lexus of Brooklyn, through a third party. We purchased a brand-new car for the reason of avoiding problems with the vehicle and the high standards of a luxury car brand. Now four months later, the new 2022 RX 350 is leaking oil causing my vehicle to have low engine oil with only 600 miles! (The cause of the leak was a manufacturer's problem, Lexus services informed me). The symptoms of low engine oil include poor vehicle performance, engine clunking, and worse of all, the engine overheating. This should not be happening to a brand-new car with only 600 miles, especially coming from a luxury brand. (I’m not sure if this is a common issue with Lexus’s new vehicles but something to keep in mind). I contacted this Lexus dealership and they couldn’t offer any solutions but that the services are covered by warranty. Now my family is stuck financing a brand new Lexus with defects.
