Sold us a vehicle for our CHILD that needs a new engine within 5 months of the purchase. They refuse to acknowledge that the car had issues when it was purchased even though the check engine light that the within 5 months of the purchase. They refuse to acknowledge that the car had issues when it was purchased even though the check engine light that they fixed at time of purchase relates exactly to the cause of the engine failure. They lied to us and told us it was just a censor replacement code. I called and asked for the codes and then had my current mechanic look them up and he confirmed the issue existed at time of purchase. Merchants refused to help in any way--they will not take the car back, they will not allow a trade in for something that does run, and they refuse to even give any sort of discount to help replace the engine. I didn't buy the extended warranty; the car had only 83k miles on it and a 2018. I also looked up the extended warranty company reviews when it was offered, and there were so many saying it was a scam, therefore, it didn't seem like a good purchase. A good business would HELP customers. I was helping my stepson buy a car, and they knowingly sold us a car with a bad engine. The fact that they are ok doing that to a child is beyond unethical and wrong. More

Asked for round about quote for my SUV they didn’t want to do that since my car would be worth more. Drove 45 minutes to dealership. manager came out told me he couldn’t even come close to what I wanted. H to do that since my car would be worth more. Never called me to let me know they still had it. Had to drove all the way back to get it. I asked salesman why didn’t you call me? He said he didn’t know!! Wasted 2.5 hours of my time. More

My visit was mission specific, buy a new work van. I accomplished it with the help of the staff at the store. However the closing process was a struggle, gathering the title, and other administrative I accomplished it with the help of the staff at the store. However the closing process was a struggle, gathering the title, and other administrative paperwork took one, maybe two extra 45 min trips, each way to the dealership. In the end I got a good vehicle, that I will refinance at my local credit union to get a better rate. Merchants has good people working in a very specific system. The dealer fees were more than most dealers I’ve seen and when I picked up the van I didn’t even get a full tank of fuel. More

Richard was very rude and I found he had no personal relationship skills, I understand he is a car salesman ,but the way he spoke and rushed and did everything, I didn't get the car I wanted forced int relationship skills, I understand he is a car salesman ,but the way he spoke and rushed and did everything, I didn't get the car I wanted forced into high monthly payments, gave me anxiety and stress I CRIED, yes I could of walked out. But a 60$ Uber ride up there, and when I asked about other cars not a 20,000$ car I know I would struggle to pay for he and others there said thisbw as THE ONLY car on the lot I got approved for although there was cheaper cars ,I'm not going to NOT refer people because my experience, I want them to be able to make their own judgment calls and decisions for themselves , I feel I was taken advantage of. Wasn't human and bullied into buying something. I explicitly remember telling him i had 600 for car AND insurance... I have a 600$ car payment and a 200$ insurance, I am not impressed. The price that we saw the car posted for the car was not the price that the car was being sold for. The price that was posted was with incentives that were not listed and that we did not qualify for. Our sales person Richard was more focus on accommodating his schedule and his needs than ours. Scott the sales manager over heard our over whelming dissatisfaction when we were picking up the car and came right over to us. He gave us a satisfactory solution to the situation. More
