Best car buying experience I've ever had. Mark and Rich answered all our questions and helped us resolve our concerns when it came to selecting our new vehicle. So this year when I was suddenly faced with the need to get a new car I made sure to see him. I knew what I wanted, a Prius, and much to my surprise he was able to put me into one and complete an expedited purchase the same day, thanks also to help from the finance manager Paul Solomon. I went into the process both times with dealer price reports from Consumer Reports which helped to assure me that I was getting an OK price. Although getting a new car is fun the process of buying it never is for me and they made it as straightforward and painless as possible. More

I've been a customer of this dealership since 1992. I went in to check new cars after receiving incentives for President's Day sales. I really had no intention in trading in my '05 Avalon. I was introduc went in to check new cars after receiving incentives for President's Day sales. I really had no intention in trading in my '05 Avalon. I was introduced to Sales Rep. Richard Mendelson by my service adviser Jerry Rechtman. Richard worked hard to get me into a new car. I was considering a new Avalon but opted for the '12 Camry XLE Hybrid. Considering the gas price situation the Hybrid made more sense as it gets 40+mpg. The car doesn't have all the bells and whistles the Avalon has but for my needs it seems adequate. Im intrigued with the new design and the technology it offers through Toyota Entune that works with your smart phone. The interior is youth oriented which I liked. I also like the voice activated nav system. Its as if I have company in the car.The fact I can also access apps and Bing is amazing. So thank you Richard for your courtesy and expertise. Also thanks to Jerry for recommending Richard; and thanks to Dave in parts for his assist. More

Ritchie immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel like he is a trusted friend which I truly believe him to be. Ritchie is the furthest thing from the aggressive, "out for the kill" type of sales consultant. Rather, he exerts no pressure whatsoever on you. He lets you know deal-wise what he can and cannot do and is the only vehicle sales consultant I've ever dealt with who doesn't have to run to the manager every five minutes. He even assisted us in completing all the paperwork. I cannot say enough good things about his level of professionalism, his product knowledge and his genuine concern for perfectly matching our needs and budgets. Worthy of note is the fact that he is a gentleman in every sense of the word. For what it's worth, we do not give these kinds of references freely yet Ritchie MORE than deserves our highest praise. More
