Someone jacked up the price I agreed to by $500 by the time it got to the finance guy. I'm not sure if it was my salesman, Richard Matthies, or the finance guy who did it. Also, I was led to believe the time it got to the finance guy. I'm not sure if it was my salesman, Richard Matthies, or the finance guy who did it. Also, I was led to believe the car had their 3yr free maintenance on it (and I even had to sign a paper saying they'd discussed the free maintenance plan), but the car doesn't. I think that's pretty unethical and would suggest you go somewhere else. More

I completed the "express checkout" and verified pricing three times with this dealership on a vehicle before going to the dealer. I have cancer and am immunocompromised. When I got to the dealer, Brian Acosta, stated that even though he had verified pricing multiple times - the price of the vehicle had now gone up by almost 5,000. This dealership is price gouging during the pandemic and attempting to take advantage of individuals. If your looking for transparent pricing, shop elsewhere. More

No Hassle, No Fuss After viewing available Hyundai Santa Fe's over the internet, decided to go to this dealership even though it was about 50 minutes away from where we After viewing available Hyundai Santa Fe's over the internet, decided to go to this dealership even though it was about 50 minutes away from where we live. Arrived at the dealership was assigned to Richie as our sales rep. He helped find the right vehicle for us from my list of options and our ideas of what we wanted in a new Santa Fe. While we were taking a test drive they did an inspection on our 2014 Santa Fe and came up with a trade in value that was very generous for a car with 85000 plus miles. Richie worked with their system to come up with different scenerios to see whether we should go with a 0% interest and $1000 rebate or if it would be better for us to take the $4000 in rebates they were offering on this vehicle and finance with a low interest loan. We decided on the larger rebates and the low interest rate loan that they got through a local bank. Richie Matthies did an outstanding job, never pressuring us or making us feel unappreciated. Good job and I would recommmend him to anyone as a sales rep. More
