After I sent an email inquiry about a truck advertised on their website, Richard Martinez promptly replied with the information I had requested and quoted me a fantastic price. Subsequently I drove 250 miles from Long Island to complete the transaction. When I told Richard what my preferences were, he quickly located the exact F150 I was looking for and drove more than 200 miles to pick it up and deliver it quickly. I received no pressure from F&I department and Justin King handled complicated out of state registration efficiently. I had an exceptional sales experience and I highly recommend this family owned dealership. More

After the worst Service Department experience in 47 years, I have written off any Ford product for future purchases, and I plan to sell our Transit Connect van very, very soon. Yesterday I was lied to years, I have written off any Ford product for future purchases, and I plan to sell our Transit Connect van very, very soon. Yesterday I was lied to on seven different occasions regarding Ford Co. policy, expected completion times, availability of a shuttle to take me home, and the process of fixing a particular problem. Arrogant, dismissive, dishonest, and negligent people from top to bottom. Service Manager is either a half wit or a terrible liar. Either they know what they're doing and are dishonest OR they DON'T know what they are doing and screw up by the numbers. Either way the customer loses. I am 65 years old and have dealt with Ford, Honda, Ram, Mazda, Tesla and Buick dealers and mechanics for nearly 47 years. This was the worst service experience since I have been a customer at car dealerships (dating back to 1973). The desk clerk, while polite, was filled with fake, inaccurate info. I guess they assume customers are idiots. Warning: Do not trust ANYONE at Apple Ford in Columbia. They show no respect or regret. They can't seem to do anything right or communicate even among themselves. Mechanics tell you one thing...Service Manager another...desk clerk just makes it up as we go. DONE! No more Fords. Mr. Ford in Detroit would not be happy with this dealership because it gives his whole company a bad name: LIARS. FRAUDS. NITWITS. No more Fords for me and my family. And only too glad to tell my neighbors and friends. Be aware: This dealership will screw you. They are fools, liars and arrogant incompetents. AVOID like the plague. Buy a Honda or Toyota or Tesla...avoid Ford. More

Lease turn-in and new vehicle purchase. Great Experience! I previously leased a Ford Fusion from Apple Ford in 2016. The leasing experience was decent, but what they lacked (at the time) they made up for 100% I previously leased a Ford Fusion from Apple Ford in 2016. The leasing experience was decent, but what they lacked (at the time) they made up for 100% in service and support throughout my lease. My most recent experience with Apple Ford was tremendously better. It is abundantly clear their current sales team was well-trained and customer oriented. I had an appointment with Richard Martinez, a member of the sales team. From the moment I walked in to the dealership I was politely greeted but not overwhelmed. Richard found me quickly and was VERY prepared. He knew did a ton of research based on a short conversation we had on the phone the day earlier. Richard already had a the trucks mapped out that he knew I would be interested in. Richard is a wealth of information and could answer every question I had; very down to earth and relaxed guy. Richard is a tech guru. Once we found the vehicle I wanted, Richard and the finance team worked quickly and diligently to find me an extremely competitive interest rate and price. They were also patient and didn't mind explaining the process. Overall, my experience at Apple Ford was outstanding. They clearly train their employees around customer support and genuinely care about what they do. Their process for turning in a lease and buying a vehicle is streamlined. I now have my dream truck and intend on keeping as I can. More

New 2018 F150 XLT Sport Buying Experience Bought a new 2018 Ford F150 XLT Sport Package Pick-up from Apple Ford. Was trading from a Ford F150 Raptor so was looking for a truck with some perfo Bought a new 2018 Ford F150 XLT Sport Package Pick-up from Apple Ford. Was trading from a Ford F150 Raptor so was looking for a truck with some performance but all the new technology and better gas mileage. Richard Martinez put me in a Ford F150 XLT Sport that had all the things I was looking for plus the 3.5L Twin Turbo 370 hp. ECO-Boost is getting about 20 mpg from the Raptor 13 with plenty of power. Richard is a tech wiz and setup my phone to work with the Ford Pass and Android Auto via the Ford Sync3 system. From Sales, to Finance with Mike, to Aftermarket Parts with Teresa (arranged for spray in bed liner and free loaner) and meeting service folks, Apple Ford has been first class. You also can't beat their free "Customer for Life" program (free car washes, oil changes, etc.) that other dealerships have charged me hundreds of dollars for! Love the truck and now an Apple Ford fan!!! More

To my disappointment the two salesman that did see me gave me a smug look, I was happy to see Hispanic salesman but to my dismay I received a bad look.
