I bought a car from (Toyota of N Miami) in late March 2024, brought the car to service the first time it rained and noticed water all over the driver side floor mat (April 2024). They took the vehicle in 2024, brought the car to service the first time it rained and noticed water all over the driver side floor mat (April 2024). They took the vehicle in and told me the issue was fixed and this was a well known with the Rave4. They misdiagnosed the issue and problem still exists. Came back for a third time and they are refusing to honor their warranty and take ownership of their problem. Car was a gift to my mother and ended as the worst buying experience ever. Last Friday the ( Warranty manager agreed & promised to take care of the issue in front of two other colleagues, the service advisor and the gentleman next to him) but going back on his words. If this was a mechanical issue it would have been my responsibility although this is not the case at all, Used deceptive business practice to sell me a car with a water/rain leak issue knowingly. Also there is no way for me to know the car had this issue when buying it. I have spoken with sales and the service manages there, no progress. Total mess as a dealer, no accountability on management's part. Complete fraud as well, will be in touch with dealer regulators, my car have been at their shop since 13 days now, no fix!!! (2021 Rav4, known issue with that vehicle but they keep selling them, not fix and collecting from financial institutions on people's credit, fraud!) More

I Love Toyota, It’s a long term relationship and I don’t regret; I can only say good things about it. All my truck maintenance are always on site, the personal is friendly and professional, the building is regret; I can only say good things about it. BE Aware of service department. they diagnostic and quoted me to fix my car was over $4,000. For a hybrid battery. Once Toyota had to cover over warranty, they changed the diagnos they diagnostic and quoted me to fix my car was over $4,000. For a hybrid battery. Once Toyota had to cover over warranty, they changed the diagnostic to a $750 motor fan. Not covered. They almost committed customer fraud. After complaining about it, they basically told me to go elsewhere to fix my car. If this happens call the Toyota USA to complain, they need to bear responsibility for these fraudulent diagnostics and try to take customers hard earned money. After all I changed the Fan Motor which was not the issue it was the actual battery that Kendall Toyota replaced under warranty. Mr. Richard Martin, told me to pick up my car and fix it elsewhere on an email after I explained my situation and the miss diagnostic. More

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH OIL CHANGE I visited this dealer on Tuesday April 7 2015 to have an oil change done on my 2001 tacoma. I was told that it would take more than 2 hours to do the I visited this dealer on Tuesday April 7 2015 to have an oil change done on my 2001 tacoma. I was told that it would take more than 2 hours to do the oil change when I inquire why would it take that long I was told that the dealer was very very busy performing oil changes. I waited for more than 2 hours for the oil change to be done. The following day I went under my truck to check the drain coolant plug on the engine block and I noticed the oil filter was very very dirty which did reflect a filter with only 20 miles after been replaced the previous day. I knew at that moment something was not right so I drove back to the dealer and explain to the service advisor my concern. They looked at the filter and took my car back to the service area. I then asked to speak to the service manager Mr.Richard Martin. Mr.Martin told me he already knew what happened and he was disappointed that something like this happened which in fact my filter was not replaced. They handled the situation very nicely; they apologized for the mishap. My filter was replaced and the money I paid for the oil change was refunded. I also was offered to have my next oil change done for free. I'm not going to try to find out why the filter was not replaced from the beginning. But I do remember them saying that oil changes take more than 2 hours because they are very, very busy doing oil changes. And maybe this is the reason why the technician forgot to replaced my oil filter as they are hurrying to get the job done. Just maybe this dealer needs more personnel to do oil changes so technicians are not in a hurry doing oil changes and customers will not have to wait more than two hours. Maybe, don't know. Wilmer.
