I recently had my vehicle serviced at Williamson Cadillac, and I was assisted by service advisor Richard Loero. I was not pleased with the overall mechanical repairs on my car.I had to take my car to the dealership on numerous occasions to have the repairs done correctly.It was careless and unprofessional job perform my car.I had to take my car to the dealership on numerous occasions to have the repairs done correctly.It was careless and unprofessional job performance.It was frustrating because I had to schedule my work because of incompetent individuals who do not have any consideration for customers.I believe that one of the major repairs done was because they don’t actually take the time to check the fluids on your car when you have an oil change done.That’s just my strong opinion.I like to be in and out and my waiting time to be short but sometimes I’ve often wondered.I’m thankful that I have the extended warranty because I would not have been able to afford the major repairs needed to my car.This is surely a black eye to Williamson Cadillac as I personally will be looking elsewhere for my car services More
