I am a 65 year old widow and people like me tend to get marginalized. I stopped by because I wanted to see the Defender OCTA. Richard greeted me at the front door with a friendly smile. I saw the OCTA in the showroom and Richard spent a lot of time showing me the features. I paid cash for the OCTA and needed an accommodation because of recent identity theft. Eli was understanding and the transaction was seamless. I was offered a fair price on my trade-in (thank you Bryce) and the staff helped with the DMV paperwork. Richard has been helpful with responding to my questions post-sale. He made sure there is a cold Diet Coke for me when I visited. Very much appreciated in 95 degree weather!
