Terrible! I took my Jag there for several issues, one was for inControl features. I bought this Jag used over 9 months ago and have been fighting to get my acc I took my Jag there for several issues, one was for inControl features. I bought this Jag used over 9 months ago and have been fighting to get my account released from the previous owner/Jaguar. I kept getting the round around and still can’t seem to get anyone to help me!!! More

We have purchased 5 cars from this dealership in the past 7 years . The service department was horrible this time not happy at all. No updates on my car unless I CALLED unacceptable . Communication past 7 years . The service department was horrible this time not happy at all. No updates on my car unless I CALLED unacceptable . Communication is key and it is not there . You need to take notes from other dealers , our daughters Volvo for example she took it in and had texts the whole process . We have spent close to 800 K with this dealership I would expect MUCH better treatment for a client that has been a loyal purchaser of high end cars . Very disappointed. More

We have purchased 9 Range Rover/Jaguar vehicles from Richard Grzesiak, the GM. Since the purchase of my Current Range Rover sport it has been in the shop 8 times for coolant issues. While under warran Richard Grzesiak, the GM. Since the purchase of my Current Range Rover sport it has been in the shop 8 times for coolant issues. While under warranty, Service dept could never identify the issue. Immediately out of warranty, the issue was identified…. We paid $600 to have it repaired. However, the issue was not remediated. We returned my car to Richard and BJ and they quoted us $3900 to repair the same issue!! Richard and BJ, the service advisor, both lied to my husband saying they “called”Range Rover customer service to ask for good will repair. (Good will requests are submitted online only). Kevin the service manager submitted the request and it was approved by Range Rover. Nonetheless, Richard Grzesiak, refused to perform the work. I would stay far away from Chantilly Range Rover! The WORST Customer Service I have ever encountered from a dealership. Richard Grzesiak is the WORST of the WORST and as a US Marine I stand by my words. He tries to make you feel like you're beneath him and dealership. Richard Grzesiak is the WORST of the WORST and as a US Marine I stand by my words. He tries to make you feel like you're beneath him and tries to belittle you. His sales department sold me on the Ceremic coating called Cilijet which is actually a spary on wax I believe. I had a 2009 black z06 in the past and black is very difficult to keep clean so I was looking for a white or grey color vehicle. The Land Rover Discovery HSE P360 R-Dynamic supposedly was the only one they had in stock and it was black. I asked Ricky Kakkar the Salesman who I was working with while exploring vehicles said they would not have any other Land Rover Discovery HSE P360 R-Dynamic until spring of 2024. He convinced me that things had changed dramitically since 2009 when I had my z06 corvette and this ceramic Cilijet would prevent scratches, bird poop etc... So I went ahead and purchased the Land Rover Discovery HSE P360 R-Dynamic for $83k and after purchasing all the warranty stuff out the door I paid $92k and that was without the tow package :-(. Roughly 3 days after I brought the vehicle back up to Chantilly to get the ceramic Cilijet coating put on. The vehicle was brand spanking upon dropping it off. Ricky was not in the office when I brought the vehicle back up to the dealership for the ceramic Cilijet coating to be applied. Jack and I walked the vehicle and there where no blemishes with the exception of a chip in the paint on one of the rims which they did correct but only because I purchase the tire & wheel protection. When I received it back it had circular hair line scratches throughout the paint and it was very visible. They clearly applied the ceramic coating on the vehicle the incorrect way. I could write a book on what they did up until today, still trying to deny their culpability and responsibility in correcting their mistake. They kept my vehicle for roughly a month trying to correct the mistake but every time they said it was fixed they made it worse and then I found other issues that they made while the vehicle was in their care. I'll stop here but have so much more I could write. Let me not leave out why Ricky Kakkar get's 1 STAR. He started out providing good service but during and after the debacle with the Celijet cermic coating he fell in line with Richard Grzesiak Sales General manager and started actually placing blame on me for their mistake. Saying things like well how can we tell if you didn't bring the vehicle in to us this way. I was like WHAT are you serious? One because Jack walked the vehicle over before taking ownership from me. Two, after the first debacle and the subsequent times I had to come up there after they said they corrected their mistakes he being Ricky was there to walk the vehicle over again to find more issues with the paint that wasn't there the initial times we walked the vehicle over together prior to him taking ownership of it. I WOULD GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP 1 STAR.. if it wasn't for the GREAT SERVICE I received from the SERVICE TEAM comprising of service mangers Scott Armold, Kevin Yahmer and service sales rep James Manikath. The service team is the reason why i'm giving this dealership another STAR!! More

If you have a wife, mother, daughter or any female you care for DO NOT SEND THEM TO CHANTILLY! Those grown men do not know how to talk to women, disgusting. Absolute trash & horrible service from the GM, Richard and New Service advisor Steve. Funny cause this was my first experience with steve, who assumed things he knew nothing about. I’ve had nothing but problems with my vehicle and the service dept. From previously doing work without calling me (even though I request every single time that they call before doing anything to my vehicle), then expecting me to pay for those “services” to recently belittling from the staff most importantly the GM. Richard began to talk to me as if I was a 16yr old girl whose never owned a vehicle. Insinuated that I was wanting free work and wasn’t able to pay when I question warranty on a repair from February and why the issue with my vehicle has been a continuous thing. According to service this has not been a continuous issue when I’ve had it repaired twice within 6 months. I stated I can pay but I want to know why, to no avail the belittling continued. They accused me of missing maintenance services like oil changes and fluid changes when I am not due for one. Went off about mileage which has nothing to do with repairs from Feb. He then told me to read my owners manual & to top my fluid off myself with water. That conversation went from accusing me of damaging my vehicle that I have paid for and an 800 credit score and purchased, to calling me a liar to, “we’re looking out for the longevity of your vehicle” to finally all new vehicles have this problem. That’s also a lie Mr. Richard your vehicle should not continue to have the same problem over and over again but I digress. I guess I’m just some young dumb girl Hu? All because I questioned the services & repairs. More
