I was satisfied with the car I wanted to purchase. I flew up to Charlotte. Rich arranged for a driver to pick me up at the airport, too! The BMW was even better in person. Audi Charlotte fully hugged and waxed it too. A couple hours later, i was on my way home.....ha.... A 600 mile test drive! The car drove beautifully and i can't be happier. There was no pressure to buy and in the end we got everything we was looking for and more. The best part was NO SURPRISES at closing the price on the offer sheet was the price we paid. Rich and the team were upfront and honest about everything and so knowledgeable about the cars and features in the brand (this was not the case at some of the other dealers we visited). If you are shopping for an Audi in/or near Charlotte, I would strongly recommend you check them out.
