Uftring very clearly takes pride in the vehicles they sell. The car we were originally going to look at actually didn't pass their inspection, so they refused to even put it on the lot or let us test dri sell. I see this as a testament to their expectation of quality. I cannot imagine a scenario buying through Uftring and being sold a "lemon", and I hold them in high regard as a dealership. Rich was very personable and helpful. We spent more than we initially planned to, but it was absolutely worth it. The second we test drove the car and experienced it, we knew it was the one. Rich definitely chose the right car for us to try in place of the one we initially planned to. I honestly don't think he could've convinced us to spend the extra money on just about any other vehicle we saw there. Legitimately in love with the Malibu, the only downside is that my fiance gets to drive it regularly so I only get to experience it myself on the weekends. I'm a little jealous of that. More

The thing is the vehicle I bought was priced at $22,777 they gave us $21,000 for our truck and I was looking at the paperwork and it’s showing my new vehicle was priced at $29,000. I don’t respect this dealership like I use to. Love my Trailblazer but not the difference in the price of the Trailblazer . The loan was over $8,000 should have been a lot less. I feel they took advantage of my age and sex. More

In a sorts pushed a vehicle on me when I wasn’t feeling well and desperate for dependable transportation. I bought it on a Friday and tested positive for Covid on that following Monday. When driving to the doctors there was three different lights that came on a few different times and you could hear the lifters lightly knocking. No bluetooth and brakes weren’t new as I was told. I contacted the sales manager and told them I wanted to speak with them about a refund as I paid cash. Their answer was to fix the sensor for the lights. Needless to say I end up trading it in this week and lost $6000 as they had charged me over double what the vehicle was worth. Very disappointed! Was told the price had came down yet I seen later online. It was already $300 less than what I ended up paying for it. Just shady all around. More
