Service department is horrible, they are definitely not doing a satisfactory job and ensuring safety for its customers. Before having a routine oil Change I informed them of the car not accelerating well and engine noise. I also said the key fob needs to be replaced because the remote starter no longer works. After the car was serviced, 2 days later, the key fob does not work. I tried starting the car by the push button and it turned over on the 2nd attempt. Also the car warning light and alarm went off saying high engine temperature. When I opened the hood I noticed the battery looked like it was corroded around the terminals and there was no coolant as it leaked out the bottom! I had the car towed to envision and wanted to know if they had noticed the battery when they did the oil change. There reply was in the tune of “oh, well that could have happened after the oil change”. Lastly, they were nice to not charge for a new battery but the engine sounds marginally better regarding the slow acceleration coupled with the engine sounding like it is over working. And they said on the second visit they would check that. Also, I noticed that there is a dent in the hood that is new! In summary the first visit was a lot of money and was semi prepared knowing the replacement of the fob was high cost and the oil change The second, I ended up paying a lot more than anticipated given some things seemed to be overlooked:from the first visit: corroded battery and the sluggish acceleration/engine noise and surprise, a dent in the hood. More
