Worst customer service ever. Salesperson not knowledgeable in vehicle (had to ask another salesperson to answer our question), finance pulls the ole bait and switch once you sit with them, then knowledgeable in vehicle (had to ask another salesperson to answer our question), finance pulls the ole bait and switch once you sit with them, then on delivery of vehicle windows were filthy, stereo speakers not working properly and all 4 tires were under inflated (to which we were alerted via the dummy light system). Not impressed at all, this was my second vehicle from them - there won't be a third. More

The virus threatened to make the process more difficult, with many bank branches closed and many state motor vehicle bureau offices closed. But Audi Stratham was very cooperative and flexible in getting the payment processed and the plates moved to my beautiful car. More

Erased all innate negative biases about buying a car. Great experience from purchase to delivery including sales customer service and business office. Maggie was fantastic in her response time and the amount of information she was able to produce without ever needing a gentle reminder. I made an offer and it was accepted. Richard was fantastic especially when it came to communication. He was always available and able to answer all my questions. Anthony made the financing process almost seamless and after presenting various options including financing and add on packages, respected my final decisions with minimal additional pressure. There was a slight hiccup at the end due to my being in Georgia but the dealership stood by its agreement and the contract as agreed. That's all you could ask as unintentional mistakes are inevitable when dealing with 52 states and a myriad of different laws. Thanks to all of you for making this experience as good as it can be. More

The first time I went car shopping and did not feel pressure I have been looking to downsize from my previous car but didn't know what type of car I wanted. I found a car I was interested in online and called t I have been looking to downsize from my previous car but didn't know what type of car I wanted. I found a car I was interested in online and called to make an appointment. Maggie was patient with me and answered all my questions even before I agreed to schedule a time to come up from Boston and see the car. She never rushed me or was short on answers and made me feel more comfortable in knowing what I wanted in my car. I drove up to look at the car and test drive it; the car I was interested in was waiting for me and I was greeted at the door by Richard who asked about me and how I was doing before even beginning to talk about the car. Richard, like Maggie, was patient with my many questions and pointed out the many features of the car. During the test drive he was patient and kind and when it came to discuss buying the car I did not feel pressured and we had a give and take on the purchase. Once I decided to buy the car I was introduced to Anthony and even thought I kept calling him Steve he did not interrupt or correct me until I realized my mistake. Again, I did not feel pressured with Steve. Besides payment, we discussed several extended warranties and Steve did not try to sell me anything I did not want and he did not pressure me to make a decision. He kindly encouraged me to speak with my husband regarding the extras and when I did get back to him a couple of days later he made the follow-up paperwork simple and stress free. Maggie even brought the needed paperwork down to me to fill out and sign so I did not have to make the drive back up to NH. Even after the sale, I needed to follow up with some questions and Maggie, Richard and Anthony all gave of their time and expertise and still never rushed me or made me feel like a bother. I would definitely recommend Audi of Stratham, the drive is worth it, and Maggie, Richard and Anthony won't steer you wrong. More
