A little frustrated that I provided raving reviews previously. I should have withheld my positive review until Jim Ellis fulfilled their commitment to the customer, me! Two weeks since the deal was signed and my payoff hasn’t been sent on my trade in. I am owed a second key which I was told could be done by swinging by the dealership one day. Now I’m being told I’m at the mercy of an outside vendor of Jim Ellis and what his schedule will allow! I honestly feel like this was misrepresented at the time of the sale, tell the customer whatever it takes to get the deal done. Spent over six hours to buy a vehicle, had a great trade in vehicle that I had to haggle to get a median trade in allowance and burnt a whole Saturday. Lesson learned!!!! I’ve bought over 20 vehicles from dealers and this experience puts Jim Ellis near the bottom of my list! More

Overpaid because so was told I would receive service records from what was done at dealership and never received. I was told the second key would be retrieved and I would be contacted. I was told the floor mates would be put back in when I picked up. They were not and no one knew anything about them. The vehicle had less than 1/4 tank of gas. The headlights had a short in the electrical so I replaced them. I spent over $1,000 after the purchase just to have the vehicle in safe condition. The finance person would not give up on warranty in his office after I explicitly informed him that I use my own on the phone the prior day. More
