Dan Marshall, took illegal liberties with my electronic signature and added close to $17,000.00 in extras into my purchase agreement, after the final negotiations were made and agreed upon with the sales t signature and added close to $17,000.00 in extras into my purchase agreement, after the final negotiations were made and agreed upon with the sales team. there was no explanation made about what was being added to the purchase agreement, he just added in car care, care maintenance packages that i absolutely would not have purchased as well as an $11K extended warranty, also would have never agreed to that. he just pasted my electronic signature on everything and send me home with a flash drive. no paperwork i could have reviewed. it wasn't until i got my statement from the finance company that i figured it out. I immediately called Dan to discuss and rectify the issue and was told there was nothing that could be done. so I then contacted Jorge Duran, whom i believe made an effort to resolve. final out come after so-called resolution was instead of being heisted out of $17k I was only robbed of $9500.00! and was told i should be grateful. the business ethics at play here are on non-existent. I've been in business for myself for over 30 years and if anyone in my company treated my customers with this kind of deception, like Dan Marshall treated me, they would be fired on the spot. I would not want my company tethered with this kind of ethics, especially with the broad reaching internet at our fingertips. I'm guessing that Dan Marshall is not listed here on this form, either because, Hès new to your company, or he is the guy that has the job to deceive and will never produce good reviews. In which case you already know what he does and condone this kind of ethics. I will say that I found Jorge Duran and Richard Bateman easy to work with. But because of the way I was treated in the finance office, with Dan Marshall, and the very weak attempt to resolve I will never do business at FT Collins Dodge nor any Dealin Doug dealership ever again. nor will anyone I know. there are plenty of business out there willing to be reputable and do business fairly and with integrity.
