Poor service After making an appointment for 10:30am for oil change and new sticker, I ended up waiting for three hours, telling me that they could not give me a After making an appointment for 10:30am for oil change and new sticker, I ended up waiting for three hours, telling me that they could not give me a new sticker because they had to replace the battery. I have been a customer for a long time, but never so disappointed at the poor service, lack of communication and transparency. No apologies or clear explanation why it took them over three hours to do an oil change and replace the battery. So disappointing and not professional! I will be considering other options next time. More

I just had a problem with remote starting, I drove in with that I thought was a silly issue with remote starter. I was helped right away, assured I wasn’t silly and in fact there was something I drove in with that I thought was a silly issue with remote starter.
