I was in contact with Trisha through email for a couple months trying to get as much information as i could. She was very patient with me and was able to answer ANY question i had. I was speaking with a co months trying to get as much information as i could. She was very patient with me and was able to answer ANY question i had. I was speaking with a couple different dealers and she made it easy to choose which one to go to. I had a great experience with Ettleson! When i went in to finally make a deal, all the guys made it a very simple process. They were quick and helpful. It was a comfortable/laid back atmosphere as well!! Very happy with my decision! More

Went in to test drive specifically the new Veloster. Wasn’t pressured to try any others, which was awesome! Told Gino what I wanted. He found a few that could be brought in with the features I wanted wh Wasn’t pressured to try any others, which was awesome! Told Gino what I wanted. He found a few that could be brought in with the features I wanted while we were on the test drive, so when we got back I could compare my options and prices, very EFFICIENT use of his time and mine! Picked the model more in my price range and they had it delivered on time just as promised. Picked it up, decided I regretted not getting an option I really did end up wanting and everyone went above and beyond to do what could be done to get me in the car with all the options I wanted. I love my Veloster and I definitely appreciate all the guys that dealt with me being a such a pain. They were more than accomidating and understanding throughout the whole process, you would have thought I was buying a brand new lambo with the way they went all out and the treatment I recieved. They are a wonderful group of people! Couldn’t have asked for a better first new car buying experience :) More
