We bought our our outback because of the safety features, loves it so much upgraded to the Ascent. Excellent dealings with St. Louis Subaru. First impression: Patty’s cheerful hello on walking through the door set the tone. After we exchanged pleasantries she called for a sales person to help and Wendy James answered the call. We started with small talk and the conversation segued into what I was looking for and before long I was test driving a 2025 Outback Limited. I left that day with money down on a 2025 Outback Wilderness. On the day of the sale finalization Rich Nguyen was friendly and extremely helpful in ironing out the details of the sale (warranties etc). It was a great experience. So much so, I came back with my wife 3 weeks later with my wife and she bought a new 2024 Crosstrek from Wendy & Rich! It was a great experience all the way around!!! More
