Worse place to get a call back regarding a recall/problem and trying to get it solved. I have left messages for a manager to call back no callback. I sent an email regarding service they send an email saying and trying to get it solved. I have left messages for a manager to call back no callback. I sent an email regarding service they send an email saying they will have someone in sales contact me. No show of care for me, no pride in their product or standing behind their product. I paid to have a car that cannot be driven due to a recall/bulletin of problems and they cannot see the issue until October 4 months away. My car is totally not safe to drive and no mechanics will touch it because of the bulletin. Guess customer care/customer service is not in their vocabulary. I cannot be without transportation this long but cannot get any help. I cannot even get past the scheduling desk to explain my situation. Was told to bring the car in and leave it and they will look at it when they get a chance just to tell me if they will honor the recall/bulletin. Pretty sad I cannot even get to speak to a manager. Pretty sad no one cares. More

Crown Hyundai/Genesis service is the best around! I recently called my Genesis service advisor Tomm Burkart to see about service for my G90. I only had 2 days to have it done for a last minute trip to recently called my Genesis service advisor Tomm Burkart to see about service for my G90. I only had 2 days to have it done for a last minute trip to help a sick family member. Tomm made it happen the next day by working me in to a full schedule that booked weeks out. Tomm has always gone over and above to help not only myself, but my other 3 family members that have Hyundai or Genesis vehicles.. I highly recommend Crown Hyundai/Genesis! More

Ryan Murray (and his manager Chris Sanborn) came through once again. He helped to attain and replace my FIFTH radio/navigation screen which cost $6,000 apiece. (do the math… $30,000 worth of screens within once again. He helped to attain and replace my FIFTH radio/navigation screen which cost $6,000 apiece. (do the math… $30,000 worth of screens within 3 years!). But was able to replace it at no cost for me since it broke, once again within the one-year warranty. His take-charge attitude, professional demeanor and sense of humor is what keeps me a loyal Crown Hyundai Service customer. More

Ryan Murray is my go to Service Advisor at Crown Hyundai! I had a problem with my Hyundai Santa Fe and he was like a dog with a bone trying to get a solution. With the ongoing chip shortage Ryan got creative I had a problem with my Hyundai Santa Fe and he was like a dog with a bone trying to get a solution. With the ongoing chip shortage Ryan got creative in getting parts. When the part arrived he contacted me and worked me on my schedule and had it repaired while I waited. He persevered and my vehicle issue is resolved. Thank you so much Ryan Murray for your diligence and hard work! More
