Rich spent his early life in the United States Army and entered the automotive industry in 1986. Joining our Ryan team in 2022, Rich brought with him all those valuable years of experience and is able to give excellent advice and service to our guests. Away from the office, Rich (who also goes by Grandpa, Pop Pop and Papa), spends a great deal of his free time working on his cabin, or enjoying the great Minnesota outdoors with a fishing pole in his hand.

Let me start out by saying WOW! This was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. They had the exact truck I was looking for and the best price I could find. I was s This was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. They had the exact truck I was looking for and the best price I could find. I was so excited, but I live 6 hours away from Ryan Auto Mall and didn't know how I was going to get there, buy a vehicle, and get back home. I was shocked when they agreed to meet me halfway (3 hour drive) and give me a ride to the dealership. The truck was exactly as they said it would be. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, professional, and had me on my way back home in no time. All I can say is, Thank You to everyone at Ryan Auto Mall for making this a wonderful experience. Oh and I can't forget, thanks for the ride Craig! More
