This was one of the most frustrating and troubling post-sale experiences I have had with a dealership. I purchased a used vehicle in December as a Pennsylvania resident from this New Jersey dealers post-sale experiences I have had with a dealership. I purchased a used vehicle in December as a Pennsylvania resident from this New Jersey dealership and paid all taxes, title, registration, and license plate fees in full at the time of sale. Weeks later, I learned the registration process had stalled due to a dealership error in processing my identification. I corrected this immediately once notified. From that point forward, communication was poor and almost entirely reactive. I had to initiate nearly every follow-up. As my temporary tag approached expiration, I was told my plates and registration were ready, then abruptly informed that they would not be released unless I paid an additional fee that had never been disclosed previously. What made this especially upsetting was not just the late demand for more money, but the tone and manner in which it was handled. During phone conversations, the issue was repeatedly framed as my fault, despite the delay clearly stemming from dealership error. I was spoken to in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, as though I had done something wrong by questioning why I was being asked for additional money weeks after paying in full. Given that Pennsylvania registration and plate fees are publicly known and significantly lower than what I was already charged, the situation felt less like an honest mistake and more like an attempt to extract additional money under time pressure. That perception was reinforced by the fact that, after escalation, the dealership ultimately agreed to absorb the additional amount. Even after that written confirmation, there were further delays and no proactive communication. My temporary registration expired, leaving me unable to legally operate the vehicle I had already paid for in full. The plates and registration were eventually delivered, but only after repeated escalation and unnecessary stress. The issue was resolved, but the experience left me feeling disrespected, blamed for the dealership’s own errors, and pressured in a way that felt inappropriate. Buyers, especially those purchasing from out of state, should be extremely cautious and prepared to closely monitor every step of the registration process. More

Straight shooter. We should call him straight dave! Didn't push me or anything for credit app. Waited until we decided we wanted the car. Just good business straight up, didn't hide anything or pull anything out last minute. Finace guy was just as great. I actually agreed to a price and he co tined to get $750 in extra savings! I ended up buying a vehicle that was well priced so I ended up walking away with a deal. Doesn't happen often thse days. I will be buying another used truck soon and will wait until these guys get something in stock to do it. Best car buying experience I have ever had. But I was a well informed buyer that knew what they wanted. Put those two elements together me + straight dave = deal done. Lol. If you can't tell yet I enjoyed it. More

We bought a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee from This dealer in July of 2023. After we finished signing and walked outside, our salesman, James Maher handed us only 1 key. He then stated he only had one key. We July of 2023. After we finished signing and walked outside, our salesman, James Maher handed us only 1 key. He then stated he only had one key. We told him this should have been disclosed during the sale. We told him this was not acceptable after spending 46k on a vehicle. James then promised he would call a company they use and have a key sent to the shop. We would just need to make an appointment to have the key programmed. We accepted his word and left the dealership since they were now closed. Over the next several weeks we called and were given the run around by James Maher and his manager, Rick Hendrickson. On our last call with Rick Hendrickson he stated, the car came with one key, if you want another I can give you a phone number and you can have one made. This is unacceptable after spending that much on a car and not being told about them having only one key until we were in the parking lot leaving. This dealership and management only care about the sale. Once you sign, their promises mean nothing. BUYER BEWARE More

Notice how negative reviews are never responded to?!?? Let me say first of all, Rich the sales manager is a xxxxxxx. When you try to vent about a car that’s brand new purchased off of his lot th to?!?? Let me say first of all, Rich the sales manager is a xxxxxxx. When you try to vent about a car that’s brand new purchased off of his lot that has several problems - he refuses to help, and in fact hangs up on you!! So unprofessional, he shouldn’t have a job. I already filed a formal complaint against him with the regional office and will continue to follow up on that! Rich, you can return call me at anytime to apologize. Secondly here is my persistent 1 star review!! Just to note, Nissan doesn’t care about the safety of your children when their car is falling apart… that’s been OBVIOUS through this whole problem… WOULD YOU PUT YOUR 2 AND 3 YEAR OLD CHILDREN IN A CAR THAT WAS FALLING APART ON THE INSIDE….. sorry the integrity of this vehicle is severely in question!! …here is my review I will be leaving several reviews! First and foremost, I will NEVER EVER OWN another Nissan vehicle ever again. Let me be open and honest and list the vehicles I’ve owned from Nissan. 1) 1990 Nissan Sentra 2) 1994 Nissan Sentra 3) 2009 Nissan Altima 4) 2012 Nissan 370Z 5) 2015 Nissan Rogue 6) 2018 Nissan Maxima SV 7) 2021 Nissan Rogue SV AWD Premium When I owned my Nissan Maxima SV, the dashboard was falling apart, the internal trim to the A post on the driver side fell in my lap while driving on the GSP….imagine if I got in an accident, I would have sued the xxxx out of Nissan… then the radio was recalled… did firmware update and fried my radio. The AC never worked. 60 degrees you would freeze…63 degrees you were feeling like the Sahara Desert. Fast forward….Nissan Rogue 2021 - Drive train issues after 1 MONTH!!!! Doesn’t like to shift out of first, the trim in the passenger seat fell off. Knocking under the hood…. And Nissans response. It’s your problem it’s under warranty we will look at it. But it’s your car and your problem. I will repost this every day and many platforms until my voice is heard. I’ve made complaints with not only the dealership, but also the regional office and the BBB. DONT BUY NISSAN!!!!!! DONT BUY NISSAN!!!!!! More

Their servi Outstanding and Incredible Curbside Service! I've been leasing cars from this dealership for over 20 years although I live in New York. Their service has always been outstanding but my recent transaction for the 2020 Pathfinder was beyond their customary excellence. Thanks to Rich Hendrickson, the sales manager, and Anthony Porchetta, the sales person, they provided curbside service to my home because of the pandemic. Without having to risk going in person to the dealer, Anthony drove the new car to my house; provided the paperwork from the finance department for my wife and I to sign; and drove the turned in 2018 Pathfinder away. The whole transaction took 20 minutes. Of course, Rich was able to give me the best lease deal simply with some email and text exchanges. (I had leased an Altima from Rich just last year also) I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism, efficiency, courteousness and quality of their superb service. This is why I have been a loyal customer for over two decades! More
