Brought a new 5500 and have had a problem with the four wheel drive since day one. Also bought the 5 year oil change plan. I've told them every time I've been in about the issue. They always tell me the wheel drive since day one. Also bought the 5 year oil change plan. I've told them every time I've been in about the issue. They always tell me the are booked out and can't fix it. I made an appointment three weeks out and get there today to find out they don't have me in. Cooper tells me that they don't fix four wheel drive by appointment that I need to leave my truck with them 3 to 5 days and they will try to look at it. Even states that's how it's been done since he has been there (7 years). All the while talking louder and over me any time I tried to talk. I left the service department and went to find my salesman (Aaron). He wasn't there today, but did answer my phone call later. Went back to service and talked to a manager (Rich Frost) and another adviser (Taylor Swager). Now they are going to get the oil change, the broken gas cap, recall, and diagnose the four wheel drive issue done. Promised to call me before 3pm. I called back at 3:29 to check in. This time Taylor talked over me and acted like I was irritating him, but did tell me that a tech was looking at it. He called me back at 4:53 and informed me they had to get a part and would start working on it in the morning and might be done by lunch, again talking louder and over me one two many times. Yucky yucky yucky! I would not advise getting your GM vehicle serviced here. They never fixed the recurring issue, and it eventually caused engine failure. Then they replaced it, and guess what....it locked up again in less than seven miles. Do not get service here, and buying a car there sucks as well. Go anywhere but Cable Dahmer. More

My experience having service work done on 2 different vehicles that I bought from Cable Dahmer over the course of 16 years was that the work is seldom completed properly or on schedule. Their prices f vehicles that I bought from Cable Dahmer over the course of 16 years was that the work is seldom completed properly or on schedule. Their prices for their sevice work is as high or higher than you would pay anywhere else, I have discovered. I would recomend taking your GM vehicle to a different dealership for service work, or simply finding a trustworthy independent mechanic to do maintenance or repairs. Cable Dahmer is better at taking your money and making excuses for their poor service work than they are at simply getting the jobs done correctly. More

no work done Went to the dealership last night to find out what's going on with my van. Come to find out the guy who was supposed to be making sure that thing was getting done wasn't doing that. Apparently nothing has been done to my van for 3 months. Of the 3 months we had it a week and had to take it back cause we noticed nothing was done the first month it was sitting there. They then said it should be done by Tuesday. I then told them "no offense but I dont believe you guys anymore." They then told me they was sorry but at least I was driving around in a nice care. It took all my power not to go off right then and there. I have had to clean every single loaner car that I have been in. The traverse I was in was the worst. I had to spend 3 hours cleaning the inside. I cleaned 5 of the loaner cars I was in. I will say everyone has been very friendly. More
