Hi, I’m Rich Eyler, the Internet Manager here at Sid Dillon Buick GMC Cadillac. I was born and raised in a small town in Southern Indiana (the basketball capital of the world!). I then attended college at the University of Southern Indiana where I was introduced to this young lady that eventually became my wife. She then drug me here to Nebraska where she was born and raised. I love it here, as the Midwestern values are very similar to the ones in Indiana. It's a great place to live (other than the extreme cold and wind!) and raise a family. We have lived in Fremont for the past 12 years and now have 3 great kids who have us running all over the place with their activities.

So far We love the car but it was delivered with a clear tear or rip in the drivers seat which will be repaired. in the car two weeks we are very pleased with our 2019 enclave More

Great experience! They went above and beyond! We have purchased our last four vehicles from Sid Dillion mainly because of the customer service they provide. We travel over 70 miles to do business We have purchased our last four vehicles from Sid Dillion mainly because of the customer service they provide. We travel over 70 miles to do business with them even though we have local dealers. They go above and beyond what is required of them and they make sure everything is what we expected after the sale. This last purchase we were looking for a very specific vehicle and Rich found it. It was a no pressure sale. The vehicle we purchased was used and there was some minor cosmetic imperfections that we wanted corrected. They could have told us that it was an "as is sale" but they were more than willing to work with us on getting those issues fixed. Rich Eyler and Erik Watson were great to work with and we will defiantly continue business with them. Thanks Sid Dillion! More

I couldn't even buy a car from here if I wanted to! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I used to work in car sales, so I understand that sometimes things can ge This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I used to work in car sales, so I understand that sometimes things can get overlooked, but in this case there is no excuse. I submitted an online request on Sid Dillon Mazda's website. I told them exactly what I was looking for, down to the color and options, and politely asked for numbers on a lease, also stating that I had been working with another dealership and received figures from them already but had not made a purchase. After the initial reply from the internet sales representative, I elicited a response, but after 3 days she did not email me back. Then, on about the 4th day, the sales manager emailed me to make sure everything was going alright and that I was having all of my questions answered. I told him that Sara (internet sales) had not replied to my most recent email in several days and that I wasn't being helped at all. I told him I had received no semblance of service. 2 days after the email I sent to Rich (New Car manager) I still had not received a response from either him or Sara. So I called the dealership, politely asked for the General Manager, and told him what had happened. He told me the whole department had been on vacation, and that the following morning I would be receiving a call with aggressive figures on a lease. The following morning came and went...and here we are about 6 days later. Still no call, email, letter, text....NOTHING from Sid Dillon Mazda. Since when should a car buyer have to beg to buy a car? Absolutely, positively, ridiculous. More
