This was an amazing car buying experience. Everyone was very professional and informative. We had a really bad experience previously and they helped us get out of a very bad situation. I unfortunately, ,had a very poor experience with the sales person and sales manager. I was not shown the sales price or any numbers prior to sitting with the finance manager. After I ask the sales person several times for the numbers. The price of the vehicle was $3000 more than displayed on sticker. While the finance manager rectified the price of vehicle, he almost had me purchase an extended warranty that would of only been good for 11 months when the vehicle was still covered under the original warranty Upon actual delivery of the vehicle, no one assisted me with the features and the truck had less than a quarter tank of gas in it for me to travel back to Tampa. Since I bought the truck less than two weeks, the driver’s side window motor went out and the windshield wipers need to be replaced which should of been caught on inspection of the vehicle by the dealership. The entire experience was the worst “car buying” experience I have had in 30 years. More

Everybody at the dealership treated me pretty well. My dealer salesman was George and he was pretty nice. The only problem was his product knowledge on a Chevrolet was very minimal. The manager, Bob, w My dealer salesman was George and he was pretty nice. The only problem was his product knowledge on a Chevrolet was very minimal. The manager, Bob, was pretty nice to me also. The problem I had with the dealership was they bought a auction vehicle and apparently they did not check it out before they put it on the floor. The second day I had it I had to take it to a Chevy dealer near my home because it would not run right. It turned out it needed almost $5,500 worth of work to make it decent again. Whoever put in the head gasket put it in backwards and it was running like crap. I just think they should check their vehicles out a little better than they do before they sell them on them market. It took me 3 days of running around and I still was not satisfied. I spent hours at the dealership waiting for them to figure out what was wrong. I'm not sure if the guys in the back were very honest to me. I finally got fed up and took the vehicle and traded it in for a Ford truck which is very beautiful and perfectly maintained. I probably lost a few thousand dollars on this deal but I'm very glad to get rid of the vehicle that I bought from thunder. It just was not a very good experience for me and I've never been one to give a bad review unless it was necessary. This review is kind of in the middle. The people were nice but the vehicle was not. It makes me hesitant to deal here again. More
