Sales are shady. They "force" you to buy aftermarket parts and "factory accessories" by saying that they are already installed and they can't remove them. None of this is on the car description or discussed during intial review of options. They just add it right at the last minute so you need to go over the final sales very carefully, something they try to hurry you through, in order to catch eveything. Service guys are equally vague with diagnostic but ready to charge a lot for their work. I really wish that I walked out at the last minute as they care they sold has been a nightmare. More

Another company has reached out as well (I need to cancel the maintenance package -that no one ever told me about until after I bought the car - because I purchased a full warranty. I sent my letter to the company the maintenance package is with as soon as I bought the full warranty. They have tried reaching out to Albany Subaru and have gotten no response). It is beyond ridiculous. I cannot honestly recommend getting a car here as they completely disappear after purchase! More
