Ricardo was awesome to work with! Truly one of the best car-buying experiences I have had. He and Jose both took the time to listen to my wants and needs, took the time to crunch numb Truly one of the best car-buying experiences I have had. He and Jose both took the time to listen to my wants and needs, took the time to crunch numbers with me to make the best financial decision in a strange rate environment. Listening to the customer's requests and being knowledgable about all sides of this transaction is truly an asset to have with your sales team, and Ricardo exhibited all that and more. Plus it was a fun experience. I felt relaxed and comfortable, had good conversation, yet got down to business and we were able to wrap everything up timely and efficiently. It's been a trying few weeks on the hunt for a new to me vehicle (or in this case just a totally new vehicle (interest rates)), and out of the places I visited and test drive appointments I went to, Ricardo (and Jose too) were the best to work with. I'm glad I stopped in and I am truly happy with my purchase. Thank you greatly! More

Initially I had a great experience. Yessenia did a wonderful job with customer service. She found me the right truck until after having bought it. Found out the entire truck shimmied an Yessenia did a wonderful job with customer service. She found me the right truck until after having bought it. Found out the entire truck shimmied and vibrated excessively at higher speeds. I sent truck back to Ricardo Pinilla and it took him three days to have tires balanced. I picked up truck in fourth day.I drove the truck for six hours that day. The extensive vibration and shaking was still there. Ricardo called me and I told him he had not solved the problem at all. His response was his technians had done all they could and there was nothing else he could do. I am very disappointed and unhappy with such poor and pathetic follow up regarding customer follow through on purchasing such a vehicle. I will not recommend Grand Prairie Ford to any of my friends or clients in the future. I would advise them to stay away. xxxx poor quality after sales service period. This was the worst experience buying a vehicle in my lifetime. More

My father and I walked in and treated wonderfully. Ricardo took some time to get a know us on a personal level. However when we went out for a test drive Ricardo decided to show us that everything on Ricardo took some time to get a know us on a personal level. However when we went out for a test drive Ricardo decided to show us that everything on the truck was in great shape, by using extreme measures. He got up to 70 mph just before a light before slamming on the breaks to show they still in great shape. Before making a U-turn into a parking lot. While he did infact show us that the breaks and acceleration were still good my father and I believed he didn't need to go to suck an extreme level. At least without asking our consent. Other then that he was great as was everyone we came in contact with. Edit, changing this to one star after two months of not receiving my license plates or registration I have attempted to contact them multiple times via email and phone they have not answered a single contact attempt. That's just unacceptable service. More

Granted THE TRUCK I GOT WAS AMAZING AND THIS GOES TO ALL THE GUUS AT FORD IN GRAND PRARIE THEY ALL TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF ME I HIGHLY SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE More
