On Monday I called Caleb who had been out sick Friday. He thought I had picked up the car on Friday. Please find a better way of tracking cars through service when something unusual happens. I had to change set plans for the entire weekend because I had no car - when it was ready on Friday! No one from management ever spoke with me. Ricky from parts went out of his way to try to track down my car. Parts was the only department that ever answered their phone. More
