Sales associate, Ricardo Echeverria, was pleasant to work with and worked to make a deal happen. The sales manager was a bit abrasive at first but we were ultimately able to find a price that worked. Beware, the finance manager applied an incorrect APR during financing that was 1.0% higher than I agreed to, and needed to check back in with sales to correct. Unsure if this was done intentionally in bad faith or due to a lack of diligence, but watch out for this if financing through Bill Jacobs. More
