He helped me finance a car that I loved even with my tricky financial situa My sales rep, Ricardo Cuellar, helped me out to the best of his abilities. He helped me finance a car that I loved even with my tricky financial situation and unexpected sudden need for anew vehicle. I appreciate his attitude, listening skills and understanding throughout the process. The dealership doesn’t deserve him however. No one else at the dealership in my experience, could be bothered to listen to or understand my particular situation. Customer service was far less then desirable. Ricardo is very busy much of the time because so many customers only want to deal with him..including myself. No one else was of assistance at all as we waited hours throughout the process. It was very frustrating. Also the snack area had barely anything. They need a recycling receptacle as well. More
