They were very honest and did their best to help us get a wireless keypad installed. Unfortunately, the new trucks aren’t on the same frequency as the keypad Ford sells online, but they did their best to try wireless keypad installed. I appreciate that they were respectful of the time I set for my appointment. Everybody there was cordial and polite. The waiting room is a bit spartan but had all I needed!
