Treated fairly and honestly Reza made my experience bearabe. Had an unexpected issue with distribution of DEF in my diesal fuel system causing extensive damage. After I acquired my E350, this was my first time at the dealership for service so I naturally had questions that the service advisor (Reza) answered for me.
