Too Slow I had an appointment and they said 2 to 3 hours and it took 6 hours. I wish I would have been told checking out an electrical issue would take 3 extra I had an appointment and they said 2 to 3 hours and it took 6 hours. Tires rotated incorrectly Came in for prepaid service, my tires were rotated incorrectly due to the staggered sizes. My wife drove the vehicle and complained about a noise comi Came in for prepaid service, my tires were rotated incorrectly due to the staggered sizes. My wife drove the vehicle and complained about a noise coming from underneath the vehicle. i drove the vehicle and confirmed the noise. I checked the tire and noticed the tires were rotated incorrectly. Took vehicle back the following day to correct the issue. My wait time was longer than expected but. America from service saw i was waiting and took care of me. More
