I was not happy with the service representative that informed me that the engine had to be replaced. I did not feel taken care of as I normally do with Mercedes. It left a bad taste in my mouth. When I returned to turn in the car and make a new purchase, customer service was fantastic mostly making up for the disappointment. More

This was the case for me, but luckily I got Rosie. She is professional, knowledgeable, patient, attentive & so sweet. She made this process so easy & believe it or not, fun! I actually found myself starting to get excited to buy a new car which was something I wasn't planning on doing for a long while. She helped me nail down my dream car I didn't even know I wanted!
