We arranged an appointment and were impressed to be greeted by Susie the receptionists then welcomed us by Shaun , Sales manager. My husband and I intended to test drive the 2025 E350 4matic and compare with E450 4matic not knowing we would meet Enzo, the Italian Sales person who treated us professionally and patiently such that we clicked and and got convinced of what we claimed “ Divine Appointment “ and drove the new E350 home after almost 5 hrs of pleasant deliberation and negotiations with lots of humor and found something in common after sharing personal stories. Enzo worked with very detailed approach towards a successful purchase and continued to orient us about the car the following day . Reza Finished the financial aspect with his expertise, with precision and wonderful way to explain the details while courteously answering every inquiry about the car ,even beyond finances . Overall generally great service and good experiences for the 5+ years I’ve purchased with Mercedes. I was not happy with the service representative that informed me that the engine had to be replaced. I did not feel taken care of as I normally do with Mercedes. It left a bad taste in my mouth. When I returned to turn in the car and make a new purchase, customer service was fantastic mostly making up for the disappointment. More

Let's be real, no one really looks forward to the all day car buying experience, especially if you weren't planning on being in the situation where suddenly you need a new vehicle unexpectedly. This was the case for me, but luckily I got Rosie. She is professional, knowledgeable, patient, attentive & so sweet. She made this process so easy & believe it or not, fun! I actually found myself starting to get excited to buy a new car which was something I wasn't planning on doing for a long while. She helped me nail down my dream car I didn't even know I wanted! The whole experience from beginning to end was more amazing than I could have imagined & it's all thanks to Rosie. She really made the experience so enjoyable. Shout out to Mike Ball & David Gonzalez who were the managers as well as Reza Etemad who was the Finance Manager, they were all also a pleasure to work with alongside Rosie. I've been in my new car for a few months now & no joke, I get so excited when I walk to my car in the morning for work.
