Reyes was friendly and helpful. The manager that evaluated my trade in lied about my trade-in having transmission trouble. I am insulted because my trusted mechanic assures me the The manager that evaluated my trade in lied about my trade-in having transmission trouble. I am insulted because my trusted mechanic assures me there is absolutely NO problem with it. So he lied about it and then continued with that bold lie as his justification for not allowing the full amount of the Kelly Blue book evaluation. I almost walked away immediately. I was also insulted that I turned over 2 key fobs with my trade-in but only received 1 key fob with my purchase and it needed a detail cleaning but did not get one before delivery. Overall, my experience was mostly unpleasant. More

Customer service and product knowledge left a lot to be desired. Details critical to being operational with an EV were glossed over, incorrect and I was left/asked to do the follow-up. It took a call ask desired. Details critical to being operational with an EV were glossed over, incorrect and I was left/asked to do the follow-up. It took a call asking for a sales manager or dealer manager to get an explanation on when (and how) charging credits would be implemented (plus two orher follow-up items.) I also had to return to the dealership a couple times for paperwork signing that wasn't requested during initial signing. There are other specifics, which I'm happy to share with the appropriate parties. More
