2020 Escape in for service. Windshield bottle left empty, I’m not even sure the oil got changed. Found the hose to the drivers side windshield spray nozzle had fallen off. I’ll take care of “MY” customer. Yet you still expect my wife to pay the bill. Wow 😳 More

Good experience purchasing from Bill Utter. All problems seen were from Ford. Disappointing that during the purchase, I had no one to talk to driectly from manufacturer. A fabulous experience. Awesome Service I have bought 4 vehicles over the last 10 plus years from Bill Utter and they all get serviced even when out of warrantee. This is one of the main rea I have bought 4 vehicles over the last 10 plus years from Bill Utter and they all get serviced even when out of warrantee. This is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to them for all my new cars. I never have a hassle, they are always fast and when they can not they have a convenient shuttle to take me home. I never had to argue or have them try to get me to do services I did not need. Bill Utter Ford is the best dealership ever! I stopped buying a different brand car because the other dealerships service was so bad and I never plan to go back. They are such a pleasant dealership to work with including the sales even after they sell you the car! More
