I have bought 9 cars from different dealerships over the years, and also visited multiple other dealerships where I was just looking. My experience with Rey B. and the Audi Lakeland team was by far one of years, and also visited multiple other dealerships where I was just looking. My experience with Rey B. and the Audi Lakeland team was by far one of the best. They do what they say they going to do, support each other, and are competitive with pricing and financing. Rey was courteous and kind, he listened to my questions and answered everything. He made me feel welcome too. What I didn't like was being told I had to use Audi financing because they wouldn't accept outs and answered everything. He made me feel welcome too. What I didn't like was being told I had to use Audi financing because they wouldn't accept outside financing- so they can make more money for the dealership. I do not feel good about the deal. More
