I had requested to have my radio reset. Although it was already delaminating for years, I was told that it was the cause for my radio to bounce around from station to station, my controls Although it was already delaminating for years, I was told that it was the cause for my radio to bounce around from station to station, my controls for heat and cooling, acting like it shorted out. That had not been going on until recently, so I don't think delamination had anything to do with it. I just think someone wanted to sell me a new radio. I don't think anyone tried to reset it to factory controls. I love that I can use it again, but I just feel like I was upsold a new part. More
