The best customer service ever I went last Sunday to Felix Chevrolet to check the Chevrolet Traverse. I didn't think i will end up with a new car that day.... I saw outside Rene - I went last Sunday to Felix Chevrolet to check the Chevrolet Traverse. I didn't think i will end up with a new car that day.... I saw outside Rene - the sales man, who assist me through the whole process ,with the best customer service i ever seen. It was great experience . He was very trustworthy , knowledgeable about all the details in the car, and i decided to but the car that day just because of him. The manager ,i think his name was Caesar, was very polite ,with a good manners. He also matched an offer which i got online from another dealer. During the buying process, i met another nice and polite girl , which was explaining everything about OnStar that i have in the car, and an awesome guy, who walk me through the financial issues. I think his name is Jay. He was so nice . I think that this dealership has the best employes you can ask for. If you are thinking of buying any kind of Chevrolet, don't hesitate to come here, you will not regret it. Thank you very much guys. Edna. More

Very Good experience I went in to purchase my first car and being that I'm 21 I was afraid my process would be hard becauseof my credit. Amazing Car buying Experience Last June I was looking to trade in my 2011 camaro V6 RS for a SS I went down to FELIX CHEVROLET because it was the closest dealer to my house, as I a Last June I was looking to trade in my 2011 camaro V6 RS for a SS I went down to FELIX CHEVROLET because it was the closest dealer to my house, as I arrived sales rep Rene approached me, very friendly, helpful and knew quite a lot about cars. I came home that day with a 2013 Camaro SS 1LE. By far the best car buying experience I've had.
