We’ve purchased 3 vehicles over 11 years and shortly our working. We make the 1 hour drive from Weston, FL to give Mercedes of Coral Gables our business. We’ve primarily worked with Rene Garcia in sales and Rosie Ruiz in service and always been more than happy. I need to preface this review by saying I have been a loyal fan and customer of Mercedes-Benz since 2012. My journey with the brand began at Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables when I first laid eyes on the st loyal fan and customer of Mercedes-Benz since 2012. My journey with the brand began at Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables when I first laid eyes on the stunning C63 Black Series in Designo Diamond White Metallic. Since then, I've been nothing but LOYAL to Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG, AMG Academy, and the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula 1 Team. However, my recent visit to this dealership was a huge disappointment. I went in with the expectation that my sales advisor of several years, Rene Garcia, would assist me in finding a new C-Class. Unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. Rene became defensive and impatient every time I wanted to see different C-Class specifications in person. He made several excuses about the time it would take to bring a model from another lot and continuously tried to divert my attention to a specific model that didn’t interest me. Overall, he seemed uninterested in helping me find an exterior/interior spec that I would genuinely enjoy. I tried to overlook his behavior, chalking it down to him possibly having a bad day. The situation escalated when I had a few questions about my current lease contract. I inquired about the current/future money factor, interest rates, and warranty. Instead of addressing my questions, Rene cut me off and bluntly stated that he wouldn’t discuss a contract he already closed. When I asked why not, he responded, "You're not even a finance guy. I'm not going to discuss numbers with someone that can't afford this car." This was the tipping point for me. I immediately went to the manager's office to report Rene's misconduct. Hector Brito and Nadir Khan were immensely helpful and supportive, but Rene Garcia's behavior was inexcusable and requires attention from human resources for further action. If an employee at my company spoke to one of my clients in this manner, that individual would face IMMEDIATE termination. This level of disrespect is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of a brand I have been so loyal to for years. I expect better from Mercedes-Benz. More

They gave me an appointment for service BI also the Active Emergency stop was not working and Active Steering Assist was Inoperative When I got there the service girl Holli Salazar told me that the Active Emergency stop was not working and Active Steering Assist was Inoperative When I got there the service girl Holli Salazar told me that the car will have to stay there for 2 or 3 weeks because they were over capacity then I said to her well I need a loner because I live 50 miles from here, she said that she did not have a car for me because the were 15 people ahead of me waiting for a loner Why they gave me an appointment if they were over capacity I went to see my salesman Rene Garcia which i have buy many cars from to tell him about my problem and his answer was very nice ( I,m retiring) I took my key and drove away THIS IS TOTALLY UNACEPTABLE More
