Hoy me atendió de la peor manera el empleado RENATO GUTIERREZ de este concesionario, a pesar que conversamos previamente por teléfono de la necesidad de cotizar y la posibilidad de venderles mi camione GUTIERREZ de este concesionario, a pesar que conversamos previamente por teléfono de la necesidad de cotizar y la posibilidad de venderles mi camioneta, considerando que es la primera vez que iba a realizar esa gestión y que no tenia conocimiento del tramite y que el también lo sabia, no recibí el trato que esperaba, finalmente no me dio la cotización que esperaba, o mejor dicho me lo dijo sarcástica y verbalmente un precio que ni un carro de 1985 cuesta, siendo mi camioneta una RAV4 del 2013 con 98,000 millas, retirándose y dejándome con la palabra en la boca.
